The music runs on late into the night in the gloopy city, the naked machine still runs. Some people broken, others never broke. Eight homeless bums layout on a half street waiting to smoke fire and feel belly ecstasy from last nights dance. Drunks walk squiffy with taffy legs, temptations of spooner got them on heat and ready to swing. Girls with cheap egos the size of statues looking for the perfect selfie that will never arrive. Buses snorts, air trails are on the night shift. In an alley, a tanned glitter boy leaks on soft skin and on high ring tone. Creek, Creek and I get back to look in the mirror with cold marbles. Rusty razor with pink toothpaste falls through tincle fingers. Pillow silence. Ringing blends into a synthetic dream like last words on the edge of sleep. Open your ears and swallow every last drop.
